- Your and your customers data will not be shared outside of Quaffable and will only be accessed within Quaffable in specific circumstances, such as:
- Providing support or assistance to users using the platform (e.g. helping to reset a password)
- Important note: all payment information meets full PCI DSS compliance, this means we do not have any access to people's payment details
- Your pricing, intellectual property (IP), and commercial details will not be shared outside of Quaffable without explicit consent* from your account owner. Steps will also be taken to advertise your commercial interests. These may include:
- Using your portal as an example of what an integration can look like
- Publishing case studies featuring approved statistics that support Quaffable's marketing efforts (e.g. “Learn how Quaffable helped reduce your club management overhead by 30%”)
- Quaffable may collect user behaviour data and insights from both you and your customers. This data will be collected without any personally identifiable information (PII) and will be used to improve the platform and inform marketing materials for Quaffable.
*Explicit consent will be always be saught by the account owner of your account with Quaffable. We'll provide explicit direction on how we wish to use this data, and record any consent in writing.
